These Terms of Service govern your use of this website and any consultation, quote, or order you place with Window Fantasies LLC of Salem, New Hampshire. By using the site or requesting a consultation, you agree to these terms. We kept them short and readable. The written quote we give you at your consultation is the controlling document for any specific order.

Consultations and quotes

The in-home consultation is free and carries no obligation to buy. Quotes are based on the measurements Jim takes at your home and are valid for the period stated on the quote. An order is accepted once you approve the written quote and any deposit terms in writing.

Custom products

Hunter Douglas window treatments are custom-fabricated for your exact windows. Because of that, orders generally cannot be cancelled or returned once fabrication begins. Jim will confirm the products, colors, and options with you before the order is placed.

Warranty and repairs

Hunter Douglas products carry a lifetime guarantee, subject to the manufacturer's warranty terms. Warranty repairs are free. If you ask Jim to handle pickup, delivery to the authorized service center, and reinstallation, a flat service fee applies, disclosed to you in advance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire. Any dispute that cannot be resolved by a direct conversation will be handled in the state or federal courts located in New Hampshire. We would always rather pick up the phone and fix it first.
