Measuring and Installation
We measure every opening and install every treatment ourselves. Custom Hunter Douglas treatments are built for your exact window, so a precise measure and a clean install are everything.
Installation is included in your quoted price.
Installs and Repairs
New installs and repairs, both. Covered repairs are handled under the Hunter Douglas Limited Lifetime Warranty. We can pick up, deliver to the authorized service center, and reinstall for you.
A covered repair is handled under the Hunter Douglas Limited Lifetime Warranty, subject to its terms. A flat service fee applies if we handle pickup and reinstall.
Blind and Shade Repairs
Here is the good news: the fix is often covered under the Hunter Douglas Limited Lifetime Warranty. Cords, mechanisms, motors, and fabric, we get it repaired, even if you bought it somewhere else or from a shop that has closed.
A covered repair is handled under the Hunter Douglas Limited Lifetime Warranty, subject to its terms. Flat service fee for full pickup and reinstall, disclosed upfront.
